Our Mission is to provide loans to female-led companies in all industry sectors, which allow them to maintain ownership and control.

Our Vision is to increase the number of sustainable, female-founded ventures and elevate the wealth of women.

We are dedicated to supporting female founders as they build their businesses, products, and services. And we do that through making loans to female-led businesses. This allows them to maintain their equity.

xElle Venture’s Founding

In 2019, Robbie Hardy gathered 14 like-minded women to create xElle Ventures. Our shared goal was to create a new way to finance young companies and to educate and support women not familiar with this type of investing.

xElle Ventures began as a network in August of 2019. One initial equity investment was made into Companah before setting up the current structure of a debt financing-based fund in 2021. Since then, our mission is to discover and support the most promising women business leaders and mentor them as they create successful companies while building a thriving women  founder-investor ecosystem in the country.

We aspire to become one of  the most active groups of women backing other women as they grow successful businesses.
